“It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect its successful outcome.” – William James

When I visit somewhere with the goal of taking pictures, typically the first part of it is a sign it is going to be a great experience. If the ride up is pleasant, then you know it is only going to get better. Often times the ride there sets up my attitude for later.

The road to Anna Ruby Falls is fantastic. Once I pull into the state park I roll my windows down in order to enjoy the mountain air. As I am driving up there I can feel the air cooling off around me. The closer you get the louder the larger falls gets. This photo however isn’t Anna Ruby Falls. This is a small water on the way to the falls. In order to take this photo I had to pull over on the side of the road. This is just one of the many beautiful spots at Anna Ruby Falls. The falls itself is very easy to access. You pay a small fee to park. The walk to the falls is paved and fairly easy to access.
