Fall Trip

“I hope I can be the autumn leaf, who looked at the sky and lived. And when it was time to leave, gracefully it knew life was a gift.” – Dodinsky

You cannot help but to love the way the mountains look in the fall. The collection of colors completely changes the normal landscape. You see a colorful collection of green, browns and reds. It is never the same pattern from year to year. I looked back at these photos I took last fall from the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is one of my favorite places to drive in North Carolina. Every part of the road has an amazing view. Typically I would stop and just stare out into the horizon looking at the amazing views in front me. If you haven’t been to Blue Ridge Parkway in the fall, I recommend you check it for yourself.
