“I believe that every human mind feels pleasure in doing good to another.” – Thomas Jefferson

It’s that time again here in Charlotte. All of the trees have just started blooming here. Everywhere I go is starting to be filled with pink scenes. This is one of my favorite times of the year to take pictures. This is as exciting as fall if not more. Don’t get me wrong, fall is great. I love how things look in the fall. The entire landscape changes, and every detail of these trees are amazing. This is also a reminder that spring is coming. This means warmer days, flowers blooming, and more time outdoors. I am looking forward to the great weather and the opportunity to take more photos.

I took these photos last Saturday while I was riding my bike on the Rail Trail that leads to Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. This is one of my favorite places to ride my bike. It runs right by the light rail trail. It’s one of the easiest places to ride in Charlotte. It is pretty flat with very few hills. I took way more photos than this than what you see on this post last weekend. It was one of my shorter bike rides because I stopped so many times to capture all of the trees that were blooming. I know this is only for a short time, so I want to make sure I take advantage while I can.
