“There’s no use doing a kindness if you do it a day too late.” – Charles Kingsley

I really enjoy fall. It is a wonderful time of the year filled with cooling temperatures, warm beverages, and the leaves changing. I try to get out as often as I can in order to capture the beauty of fall. I am going to miss this time of the year since winter started a few days ago, and it feels like winter outside right now. When I wrote this post it was 40 degrees outside, and as I am writing this post it is now 29 degrees according to the weather app on my laptop. I am already missing when I didn’t have to put on several layers just to take the trash out. One thing about fall is it will be back later this year.

I took these photos a few weeks ago while I was riding my bike around Freedom Park. I have a lot of great memories at this park because it is near my grandparents’ old house. I enjoy riding my bike here anytime time of the year, and I usually have plenty of opportunities to take great photos.
Now the winter season is here. I am looking forward to a new year with opportunities.
What do you miss about fall? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
