“There are years that ask questions and years that answer.” – Zora Neale Hurston

Spring will be here before you know it. Despite what the groundhog said last week, you know as well as I do that warmer will be here soon. That doesn’t mean we don’t get a taste of it down here in the Southern United States. On occasion we get these random days that are around 60 degrees. Typically, it is cold here (and by cold, I mean the South’s standard of cold). We do have our fair share of cool days. It has rained a lot this winter it feels like. It seems like every week, we have a major rain storm come in, and rain for several days. I take the sunshine when I can get it.

A few weekends ago, I took advantage of one of those days where it didn’t rain. There was a clear sky outside, and the temperature didn’t feel too cold. I rode my bicycle to one of the newer spots I had found to take photos. I had just finished using my GoPro to record a video of the stream. I was heading back to the main road, and I saw these pink trees. We had some warmer weather over the last few days, and these guys had started to bloom already. It was a treat seeing these guys bloom already because it was a preview of things to come.

Definitely looks like spring. 😊

Spring blossoms in Feb always make me jealous. We have had nice weather here for a while above freezing, but winter white still covers our world. Happy Sunday Joe. Allan
