“Curiosity will conquer fear even more than bravery will.” – James Stephens

When I was younger, I believed I had to be a certain way in order to be successful. For me, it seemed like success meant hiding a part of who I am. In my mind I believed I couldn’t be who I was, but I had to be a shell of myself in order to keep up appearances. The older I get the more that I realize that by hiding who I am, I only make myself more ineffective. By trying to be someone different, I was covering up the great person God has made me, and only showing a half version of myself. I get that in certain social everyone is supposed to be a certain, but we cannot let those social situations determine who we are. My encouragement to everyone is, embrace who you are, and show the world the wonderful person you were created to be.

I took these photos during my last visit to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This is one of my favorite places to visit. From beautiful waterfalls to amazing mountain views. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park has it all.
