“People change and forget to tell each other.” – Lillian Hellman

There are different times of the year that I try to capture as many photos as possible because it is one of the few times of the year that the landscape looks different. When the leaves start to change in the fall, I try to take photos of as many different places as I can. Last fall, I had a hard time getting out because either my weekends were booked, or the weather didn’t cooperate. I was able to get out a couple of times and take some fall photos. In the spring, I love to capture as many photos of the trees and flowers blooming as possible. The trees go from dead to being covered in blooms of various colors. I have a couple of spots that I go to where I know I will be able to capture some awesome shots.

Back in January, I took advantage of one of those days where it didn’t rain. There was a clear sky outside, and the temperature didn’t feel too cold. I rode my bicycle to one of the newer spots I had found to take photos. I had just finished using my GoPro to record a video of the stream. I was heading back to the main road, and I saw these pink trees. We had some warmer weather over the last few days, and these guys had started to bloom already. It was a treat seeing these guys bloom already because it was a preview of things to come.
