Nice to Visit

Last spring, the family and I took a cruise to the Bahamas. Nassau was the first stop. We were hoping for a day filled with sunshine, but it had to rain sometime and it happened to rain most of the day while we were in Nassau. We saw what the weather was going to be, so we planned to take a tour of the city on a bus. This way we were able to check out the sites of the island, and not get rained on as much. We visited the rum cake factory, the Queen’s Staircase, and various shops. While a rainy day is not what I had imagined my first trip to the Bahama’s to be like, it was still a fun day.

One of the other stops of our tour was to Atlantis. Atlantis is a famous resort in Nassau. We were able to see the aquarium inside and check out the architecture of the building. These photos are of the fountain as you first pull up. This was a pretty awesome place to visit. I saw how much it costs to stay at Atlantis, and I will say it is out of my price range.
