Often times what seperates leaders and others is a willingness to stick with it even when times get tough. I see a lot in education today with grand plans being made in the summer, and then as soon as it seems like it might not work out, everything is scraped and then trying something completely different. Rarely is sticking with the plan an option. If you believe in what you are doing, and believe in the idea you came up then stick with it.
I took these photos last fall when the family and I spent the morning at Fisher Farm Park near Davidson, North Carolina. It is a beautiful park filled with open spaces and plenty of places to hike and ride a bike. We went there to get some fall family photos in, and to enjoy the sunshine.
