My family and I have had season passes to Carowinds for the last 6 or 7 years now. Carowinds is a theme park located on the border of North and South Carolina. It features roller coasters, a water park, and several other rides and attractions. We go as often as we can. One of our favorite times to visit is during Winter Fest. This is when they decorate the entire park for the holidays. I always enjoy checking out Christmas lights. I love it so much that I have decorated my house with a lot of lights for the holidays.
Sadly, I think the era of Carowinds for our family is coming to an end. My kids are getting older, and they have ridden every ride, so the thrill of being there has gone away. I will miss hanging out with them at the theme park, but we will just have to find new ways to make memories with one another.
