Charlotte, It’s Been a While

“Either you run the day or the day runs you.” – Jim Rohn

I was looking back at what I have posted on my Instagram page over the last month, and I realized that I haven’t posted any photos of my hometown in over a month. Back during the Covid lockdown days, I really did post was pictures of Charlotte because I wasn’t traveling much at the time. Now, I have been out of the country twice, camping a few times, and taken plenty of day trips to different places not too far from Charlotte.

These photos were taken of one my favorite spots in Charlotte, Marshall Park. Marshall Park is a small urban park located in Uptown Charlotte. It has a great view of the city, and a couple of water features that make for great opportunities to take photos. I also like this park because it isn’t too far from my house. I can usually get there on my bicycle in about 20 minutes depending on how busy the path that runs along the light rail train is.

I don’t avoid posting photos of my hometown altogether. I post them often on this blog. Check out some of my other posts featuring Charlotte below.
