“All things are subject to interpretation whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth.” – Friedrich Nietzsche

Photography for me is all about finding my subject. One of my favorite activites to do is to go someone, with my camera in hand, and just explore and capture what I find. I’m typically on the lookout for a subject to capture. From bodies of water, to different animals, to fantastic views are just some of the things I look fo while I am out with my camera. I like going out with no intended subject to capture. It gives me an opportunity to be creative and see something I haven’t seen or noticed before.

I took these photos a couple of years ago while the family and I visited Fisher Farm Park near Davidson, North Carolina. We walk around for a little bit, and took some family photos of each other while we were out there. This one tree stuck out to me because it was sitting out all by itself. It became my subject for the moment.
