I have discovered that my favorite things to do either involve coffee or photography, and then there are those moments when both are a part of the moment. I love to travel to different places because I love to take photos of them. I also enjoying trying out different coffee shops when I visit places. But the one thing that combines them both for me is writing. I enjoy writing about the different places I have visited over the years. When I am writing about the different places I am typically looking at photos I have taken with a cup of coffee by my side. I think that is why I enjoy writing so much because I have two of my favorite things combine.
I took this shot at Jump Off Rock near Hendersonville, North Carolina. I was looking for a good place with a great view and easy access, and this was it. It does have a few hiking trails nearby if you are interested.
