“And those who were seen dancing, were thought to be crazy, by those who could not hear the music.” – Friedrich Nietzsche

Sometimes I get focused on wanting to capture one thing during the summer. Every summer I find a subject that I just have to capture. This summer, it was the ducks at the park. I’m not sure why it was ducks this summer, but I went for it anyways. It might be because I have been wanting to visit the zoo over the last few weeks. The closest thing I can get is seeing some animals out in the local parks I visit. I’ve been trying to get photos of them every time I visit.

A few weekends ago, I finally did it. I happened to have my bigger lens with me, so I was able to photograph these guys in the park. I took these photos at Marshall Park in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Marshall Park is a easy bike ride from my house. I like to ride here to get good photos of Uptown, and in this case some of the ducks that hang out here.
