I ride my bike around Charlotte as often as possible. Typically, when I ride, I bring my camera with me. I like to practice my photography as often as possible. This way when I travel somewhere new, I am ready to take the best possible photos that I can in order to capture the memory of the visit forever.
I was riding my bike in Uptown last month, and I was expecting to have a hard time finding moments to photograph, I stumbled on to a couple of great opportunities. The first was a political rally at First Ward Park. The second was at The Green where this video was taken. There was an art display set up for the festival last weekend. This work was created by @ateliersisu . It was a pretty amazing sight. I feel like the photos I took of it didn’t do it justice. This is why I bring my camera with me when I ride my bike. I am always surprised by what I find.
