“It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.” – Aristotle

Last Tuesday was a busy day for me at work, and for once I couldn’t blame the students. After being there for two hours I was already done for the day, and I still had six hours left. As soon as I got home yesterday, I walked in the door, and headed straight for the couch. I didn’t do much after that because I was so exhausted from the day. The sad part is, it was the first work day of the week. Have you had similar days like that? I know I can’t be the only one out there who feels that way.

Thinking of breaks, I took these photos while I was on my last spring break. We took a Jeep tour around Nassau, and I needed a break from driving. We stopped at the beach to hang out for a bit before driving to our lunch destination. This was our third visit to Nassau, and the first time we visited without rain. It was nice being able to enjoy the city on a clear day. These photos reminded me of when I was able to take a much-needed break.

One thing I also did at this stop was a little bit of swimming. Check out these videos I captured underwater while I was there.
