Fall at Freedom Park – Throwback 2020

“Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” – Napoleon Hill

Looking back, 2020 was such a weird time. There were so many odd things we were doing at the time that seemed to make sense but didn’t. For some reason, everyone saw the need to have a mass supply of toilet paper. Why toilet paper and not canned food, I will never know. The other strange thing was how everyone saw the need to wash their food when they got home from the store. It’s one thing to clean off your fruits and vegetables, but why did we need to clean the exterior of a box of cereal? It was such a weird time, but in the end, I believe I grew as a person. My life post-2020 has been some of the best years of my life. It’s just hard not to think about all of the weird things everyone was doing back then.

One hobby I picked up in 2020 was riding my bike around Charlotte. I started riding my bike because the gyms were closed, and I needed some way to get some exercise. I tried using YouTube videos to work with, but it didn’t work for me. One of my favorite places to ride is Freedom Park in Charlotte. I love visiting here because of the great views, awesome trails, and great places to sit and enjoy the day. I try to visit during the week when I can because it isn’t crowded.
