A Little Less Color

“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” – Theodore Roosevelt

Over the last few weeks, I have been going through some photos from the past. It’s fun reliving the trips and experiences I had while taking those photos. The main reason why I practice photography is to save memories of all of the places I have been to. Some places locally I have visited multiple times over the years, but it seems like every time I go out there I capture a different experience. I also enjoy seeing how much I have improved as a photographer over the last few years. Photos I look back at and wonder what I was thinking, but most of the time I think to myself, “Wow, I captured that photo.”

Last year, the family and I took a trip to Jeter Mountain Farms for a day of eating apple doughnuts and apple picking. This field of wildflowers is just by the main entrance. I tried to capture the beauty of this field the best I can.

Here is a video I captured at the same location.
