When it comes to photography, I think we all have something that we enjoy capturing more than others. I know for me, I have always enjoyed landscape photography. I have found that I really enjoy underwater photography too. I have practiced taking photos of people out of necessity. Every family gathering, I am expected to bring my camera with me. Because of that, I read a few books about portrait photography. I wanted to pick up some tips and tricks to be better at it. Even still, I prefer capturing nature over people.
I enjoy taking photos of boats. I think this is one area that isn’t as popular as other types of photography, but I enjoy it. Something about large boats in the water fascinates me. I captured these photos right after we boarded our cruise ship last December. Our port was in Tampa. I took photos of every boat I saw while on the deck.
