“Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.” – Carl Jung

What frustrates you about other people? Some things that people do don’t really affect us much. We gloss over these. Then there are other things people do to us that drives us insane. Think about what those things. Think about how they affect you. Often times what frustrates us about other people speak about who we are and what we value. It also speaks about things we could have struggled with in the past, and now have overcome those things. Use frustrations as a chance to reflect. See how we can improve ourselves. Consider how we can help others be better. Some people might not know they do something that is bothering you. They could also need help improving. Sometimes, others’ actions frustrate us. We can view this as an opportunity to improve ourselves. We can also help others become better.

I took these photos last summer while riding my bike around Uptown Charlotte. This is one of my favorite places to visit in Uptown, Marshall Park. Marshall Park has one of my favorite views of Uptown Charlotte. The buildings stand behind the lake. When the winds are calm, the buildings reflect in the water.
