“The only way to discover the limits of the possible is to go beyond them into the impossible.” – Arthur C. Clarke

One of my favorite things to do is to ride my bike around Charlotte. I have a few spots around the city that I like to check out. I haven’t been out for a couple of reasons. One the weather. It has been cold most of this winter. I typically don’t go if it is less than 50 degrees outside. We have had some days where it has been warmer than 50 on the weekends. What is holding me back there is the fact that I need new tires on my bike. I haven’t bought tires for my bike at all. I bought the bike in 2020, and I have put a lot of miles on it. Hopefully I will have time this weekend to get it ready for the upcoming spring.

One of my favorite places to ride in Charlotte is Freedom Park. The park features some hiking trails, playgrounds, several ball fields, and a lake you can walk around. This is the perfect spot to hang out on a clear day. There are several great opportunities to take photos.

Here is a video that I captured at Freedom Park.
