School starting back up again can only mean one thing, fall is coming. I don’t know about you, but I am looking forward to fall. Summer was great. From amazing trips to cookouts, but I am ready for cooler temperatures. I will not miss the heat. There is a lot to look forward to with fall coming. From the leaves changing to the holidays being just around the corner. Fall is my favorite season.
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is take a day trip up to the mountains. One advantage to living in Charlotte, North Carolina is that I am only two hours from the beach. I am also two hours from the mountains. One of my favorite places to visit in the mountains is Curtis Creek. Curtis Creek is located near Old Fort, North Carolina. What’s great about Curtis Creek is the ability to see amazing views. You don’t have to get out of your car. I captured these shots by parking on the side of the road, and walking a few feet.
