“Greatness is a road leading towards the unknown.” – Charles de Gaulle

Last night I started going through the photos I took the day we visited the Hubbard Glacier in Alaska. It’s taken me a while to go through all of the photos I captured in Alaska because I took so many. I have been taking my time with them because these photos are going to help me remember all of the amazing moments of our trip. Last July, the family and I took a cruise around Alaska. This was one of the most amazing trips I have ever been on. Every moment was filled with spectacular views. Alaska is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to, and I cannot wait to go back.

The Hubbard Glacier was nothing short of amazing. It took us a few hours to get there from when we woke up that morning. The views on the way there were amazing. I remember opening up these photos last night on my computer, and just being in awe of how amazing this place is. Looking at these photos reminded me of the moment I captured them. I remember standing out on our balcony with my camera using an over 300 mm lens. The lens was so heavy that my arm got tired at certain points. The air was chilly, but I had a great cup of coffee out there with me. My wife and I purchased the plan where we could get unlimited premium coffee while on the ship. Not only was my obsession with photography satisfied on this trip, but also my coffee addiction. These photos here were the first few I captured that morning while we were on the way to the Hubbard Glacier.
