Highlights from Summer Walks

“Never believe that a few caring people can’t change the world. For, indeed, that’s all who ever have.” – Margaret Mead

Don’t you love that feeling you get when you look back at old photos? I love looking back at photos that I have taken over the year. It gives me the opportunity to think back to how I was feeling that day. I love looking back at the great times I had while taking them. I remember the feeling I felt when I captured it. I would look at the photo on my camera’s display with awe. I thought to myself how great it was that I captured this photo. I know some of the photos I post might look mundane. To me, they bring back so many awesome memories. Moments that put a smile on my face.

Last summer, I tried to take walks around my neighborhood as often as possible. If you saw me walking around, you would have likely noticed my camera in hand. Also some instrumental music was pumping in my ears. I love taking a good walk. It gives me some time to get some movement in. It also provides an opportunity to think and reflect. These photos are from my walks around my neighborhood. From different murals to sunsets, these are just a few of the photos that I captured.
