“We must be willing to let go of the life we have planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us.” – E. M. Forster

When you travel somewhere how many cameras do you use? I’m sure most of you out there would say just one. Most people bring just their phones when they travel. They use their phones to capture memories of the experience. No me, I want to be ready for any experience that comes my way. I bring my Nikon with me because it captures moments with the best clarity and details. I use my phone for when I don’t have anything else handy. I use my GoPro for when I capturing moments when I am in situations where something could get damaged. Often times when I visit places, I check to see what we are doing that day. If it involves too much movements or water, I leave my phone and Nikon where I am staying at. The best part about my GoPro is if it does break, I’m only out a couple of hundred dollars. If my camera or phone break, I am in serious trouble.

During winter break the family and I traveled to Orlando, Florida after Christmas. We went to Discovery Cove to see the Flamingos, but there was so much more there. One of our favorite experiences was hanging out in the Aviary. It featured a variety of birds that could observe, interact with, and feed. The entire time I alternated from holding my camera in hand to feeding them. The birds here were very friendly, and fun to hang out with. These shots that I am posting I captured with my GoPro 12.
