One thing that makes it easier for me to survive work is knowing when the next big break comes. I have something exciting planned for that time. This wasn’t easy when we first got married because we didn’t have the money at the time. We are not necessarily that much richer due to inflation. Instead, we just manage what we have to do more with it. For most of the major school breaks we have, we typically have a trip planned. Even if it’s a short day trip, we still have something to look forward to.
One of my favorite parks to visit in Uptown Charlotte is The Green. The Green is a literacy themed park dedicated to famous authors and their works. The goal of this park is to promote reading in the Charlotte area. This park has been one of my favorite spots to capture street photography lately. I took these photos the last time I visited The Green. I took these in between shots of people I saw walking by.
