When things are busy, I look forward to taking a break. The crazy part is that when I take a break, I can’t wait to do something. Many people look to relax and get away from it all when they vacation. As for me, I look to see how many steps I can get in one day. I try to explore and see as much as I can. When I travel, there isn’t really that much rest involved; it is just me trying to see as much as I can in one day. The crazy part is that after the trip, that doesn’t mean I am finished with it. I then go through all of the photos I have taken over the course of the vacation. It is almost as if I am going through it one more time.
One of the biggest trips we have ever taken was a cruise around Alaska. Our final stop of the trip was Victoria, Canada. We didn’t have any specific plans for the day. We took a cab to the center of town and then started to explore it all. We saw the capital building for British Columbia and took a stroll around Beacon Hill Park. Then, we spent the rest of the time downtown seeing the different sites there.
