“What I like about photographs is that they capture a moment that’s gone forever, impossible to reproduce.” – Karl Lagerfeld
I try to go through my old photos from time to time. I look through them to relive memories and think about ways I can be better at photography. I was looking through some pictures this morning and found this gem. I really like this photo, but I have no idea where I took it. It can be tricky getting photos of butterflies, especially when they have their wings spread out. I know I took this photo in Charlotte because it was during 2020, and we didn’t leave town in 2020 because of the pandemic. It might have been on the light rail trail, but I am not sure. I love that I captured the memory, but I do not remember where I captured it at.
