One of my favorite things to do on a Saturday is to grab my camera bag and ride my bike through Uptown Charlotte. I do it for a couple reasons. One I have always loved riding my bicycle. I remember when I was younger, I used to ride my bike all around my neighborhood. I remember riding to different places during the summer to either go shopping or get some lunch while I was at the house. I also love taking pictures. I bring my camera with me while riding my bike so I can capture the different things I see around town. Anytime I can enjoy both of my hobbies, I take advantage.
I took these photos a few weeks ago while riding my bike through Uptown Charlotte. It was a beautiful day outside, and I wanted to take advantage of it. These photos were taken at one of my favorite places to stop, Marshall Park. Marshall Park might not be one of the nicest parks in Charlotte, but it has one of the best views of the city. There are a couple of different spots that I use to get great views of Uptown Charlotte.
