“Every time you tear a leaf off a calendar, you present a new place for new ideas and progress.” – Charles Kettering

Today I am on another trip of a lifetime. I am currently in Europe. This was my first time flying over the Atlantic Ocean. I survived my first redeye flight, and now I am enjoying the beauty of the British Isles. It’s odd being in Europe during America’s 250th celebration. This was the best time for us to go, and we got a good deal on the trip. Maybe we will be around for America’s 251 next year. I am very blessed to be able to see so many amazing places around the world. From the Caribbean to Alaska, I am glad to see so many great places.

Last summer, we took another trip of a lifetime to Alaska. We saw the most amazing views in the Yukon. We saw a whale breaching the water in the Sitka Sound. We observed bald eagles flying over us. We even took a gondola ride to the clouds. One of my favorite stops was Ketchikan. We didn’t do anything exciting; we just spent the entire day walking around and checking out Alaska’s oldest city. I didn’t brig my camera with me because it was raining hard that day. I did capture some photos and videos using my phone and GoPro. Here are a few shots I captured with my phone that day.
