“Live life to the fullest, and focus on the positive.” – Matt Cameron

Becoming a better person is something we should all strive for. The best way to get there is by focusing on the good. What things can you do to improve the lives of those around you? We should be asking ourselves that question every day. Our focus should be on how to make life better for everyone. Too often we look at our relationships and think about how they benefit us, but we should be looking at how do we benefit them. We have to look at our circle of people as not only a support for us, but also a support for them. Our goal should be to seek out to give, not to take.

I took these photos last year when we had some snow roll through the area. We have not had good snow in a while, but maybe if the groundhog has his way, then we might just see some yet. I love how snow adds beauty to some of the most dead looking things. The first few photos featured is a close up of the snow covering the dead flowers of a hydrangea plant in my front yard. These seeming brown petals now appear beautiful with a little bit of snow covering the top of them. The other photos shown is just of a lot near my house. This seeming dull piece of land now looks more beautiful than ever because of the snow covering it.
