It’s Never Safe

“Do exactly what you would do if you felt most secure.” – Meister Eckhart

Often when we take a risk, we want things to 100% full proof. The truth is, nothing is ever 100% full proof. Something can always go wrong, and it can go wrong to the point where it’s a complete disaster. Nothing is ever certain in life, but that doesn’t mean we strive to live a life with no risks. I like the quote at the top, because it basically says that if we can’t fail, then we should act. Take a risk, do something bold, and go for the gold.

Last summer, my son and I went hiking at South Mountain State Park. They had some pretty cool waterfalls that I wanted to check out. These shots I posted here are from the journey to the falls. The trail runs along the Jacob Fork River. I loved taking hikes like this last year, and I hope I will have the opportunity to take more in 2023.
