“A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.” – George Bernard Shaw

I love visiting new places. The thrill of seeing an amazing sight for the first time is hard to replicate. The thought of being able to see somewhere for the first time is always mind-blowing. There are places that I have visited multiple times and still get a feeling of wonder when I see them. Last week, during spring break, my family and I visited Northeast Georgia. We have spent a lot of time here. This is the area where my wife and I went to college. We have also taken a few trips there since we graduated. We know most of the area, but still enjoy going each time.

A trip to Northeast Georgia isn’t complete without a visit to Toccoa Falls. Toccoa Falls is known as a hidden gem in Georgia. It’s one of the easiest waterfalls to access in the southeastern United States. It is located in Toccoa, Georgia, on the campus of Toccoa Falls College. At 186 feet, it is 25 feet taller than Niagara Falls. The falls are magnificent and a must-see when you travel through Georgia. It’s a short walk to the base of the falls. This waterfall is located on the campus from which I graduated college.
