I love trying out different things with my camera to bring out the best in an image. From different lenses to filters, I try various ways to show off the effects. The other day, I practiced with a new filter I purchased. It is called a Starburst Filter from Retropia. It adds star-like flares to the shot using reflected light. I tried it out by capturing the sun through the blooming dogwood trees. I have been using their film lenses for a while now. This filter is going to add some fun to my photos.
