“You don’t have to burn books to destroy a culture. Just get people to stop reading them.” – Ray Bradbury

Today marks the first day of when I go back to work. It’s not that I didn’t work this summer, it’s just now I have to be at work earlier than I did before. This past summer, I visited Europe, I moved, and I am starting at a new school. Now that school starts next week, I will be heading back to the building to get ready for students on Monday. Now I am having to get up early again to make sure I make it to work on time. I also prefer to post when I first wake up because I feel like my mind is the freshest, and I like starting the day with a little creativity.

One thing I love to do when I have time to is ride my bike around Charlotte. One of my favorite places to go is the Little Sugar Creek Greenway. The Greenway goes through a large part of the city. My favorite section is where is goes by Uptown Charlotte near Pearl Park. Here are a few photos I captured from when I rode my bike on the greenway last time.
